A Long Time Coming...

This lawsuit has been a long time coming. When I was first overcharged $600.00 by Yes Communities charging us for a month-to-month lease, I contacted my attorney to discuss the matter and he indicated because I had proof that I had signed, I had an argument to regain my money back.
I tried to do the right thing and communicate with management. I was upset but Ken, the office manager at the time, was very nice about it. Ken had frequently commented on how nice my property was and thanked me more than once for having a beautiful lot and for taking care of it. This is how our relationship with management should be. I work hard and I always appreciated his input.
Unfortunately, Field Manager, Daisy Lozano couldn't care less about my situation. Like the current manager, she looks down on the residents of the mobile home communities and she did nothing to help my situation. She was almost more interested in calling my bluff to see if I really had an attorney.
Stephanie, the manager prior to Ken, went as far as to send me an "award" for having one of the nicest properties in the community. Like many of you, I put the time in to cut my grass, update and water plants, and do my best to keep up with the hot Texas weather. It's nice to see management that cares about what you do rather than one who tries to be sneaky, conniving, and tries to charge you for whatever she feels she can. Ana once told me they do not need to announce showing up on your property and that they can come to your house any time they want.
I have yet to find a single community member who likes our current management. Every single person I have met so far cannot stand this lady. She is angry and deviant, searching for reasons to cause anyone who lives there problems; to charge you money and fines; and to do as little as possible to help anyone live happily. She's hardly ever there. Her car is there maybe two times per week. She leaves for lunch and never returns.
And the horror stories are a plenty. She has residents worried, upset, mad, restless. It never ends with this clown. There is no place for someone like this to be a position to be a manager of a community of people. We hope after this lawsuit strikes home that she is not only replaced, but fired. And they can take Daisy with her.
Ana Lara-Carrillo has sat and watched me work on my yard. She knows I am there every week, on time, doing a great job, and she still makes attempts to sneak in and cut my grass before I get there despite my emails and arguments to LEAVE ME ALONE. She refuses. She hopes to undercut me and to use rules that do not exist to inflict her will so she can try to take our money. Help us help you and let's together send her a message that we will not tolerate her dictatorship and that she can take her bullying elsewhere.
I am so happy that someone has done this. This woman, Ana, is the most unprofessional, rude, and petulant person I have ever met. She has charged me $700 in fines disguised as “site clean-up charges.” I have not been able to find anything in the law that giver her or Yes the right to “fine” it’s residents. The fact that she uses the term site-clean up, indicates that she knows what she is doing in illegal. The words tyrant, bully and dictator are words I have used to describe her, and they are completely accurate. When I contacted the regional manager for yes, which is no longer Daisy, he told me that he had not received any complaints about Ana.…
