Other Charges

There are literally horror stories going around regarding people being charged for unnecessary and arbitrary fees or fines from the main office. They cannot come up with values out of thin air. You have to have signed an agreement that allows them to charge you for specific options, maintenance, or posted fines.

We have received stories of management working with towing companies to sit on the property late at night waiting for residents to go to bed, so they can tow vehicles and charge fees. We have video evidence of this..

We have received stories of fines being submitted by the main office for things such as expired license plates, something that you would expect to be managed by the city or the state. Others have complained about maintenance fees to cut weeds, fix stairs, and much more.

One resident has indicated that management has told her that her husband, who is handicapped, must move out and leave the property because his credit report didn't qualify him to stay.

This continued and invasive approach by management forces residents to be scared, and constantly looking over their shoulders. There are hard working people here, many with very limited incomes like us, and their constant and fraudulent charges must go. We can barely afford groceries and they continuously try to find ways to take more money from us.

Let us know if believe you have been fraudulently charged or forced on hard times for things that have nothing to do with your lease or rules that are setup to help govern and allow people live happily; not steal their money from them.
